Hey Kbrembo
Yes the kit lens 18-55.
Mate in the end you were the catalist for me deciding to get one.
I would have brought your kit but simply didnt have the cash.
I then read Ken Rockwells reveiw and researched all the comments
on the D4O and just couldnt pass it up.
Harvey Norman had then for $680 odd dollars 2 years interest free etc.
That wont take to long to pay off and by the time i get my housing i should be a full boot on how to get the best out it.
I have pushed about 60 images through it so far and love it.
I will never buy another point and shoot after seeing the differance, chalk and cheese.
I cant wait to print a few and see if they look as good as they do on the monitor.
I enjoy photography in general so will realy enjoy the learning curve!
Thanks for the help every one, think I will go take some photos!
I didnt realize how much the little point and shoot cameras actualy teach you using them underwater.
The D40 is so easy to use and understand with some fantastic in camera editing functions. :D :D

My Dad recently bought a Nikon D40 from this place.

He bought his previous oly compact from here too and highly recommends them. In fact, when he bought his oly camera he actually stopped in at their "store" in Sydney to pick it up.

This time it was delivered the following day via courier for $16 (Sydney to

Having said all that, it pays to shop around, because when I bought my C7070 digital camera warehouse wasn't the cheapest.

Here is the complete collection of Nikon DSLR cameras https://www.camera-warehouse.com.au/nikon_digital_slr take a look and maybe you'll find something that fits your wishes
